SPARQ Challenge

UF Sports Performance Center SPARQ Open House

SPARQ Training

What: SPARQ Training Open House

Location: Outside the OSMI, Gainesville, FL

When: Wednesday, May 30, 2007

Time: 10:00am

SPARQ stands for dynamic training — explosive, athletically-based movements designed to help athletes get faster, quicker, stronger, and more explosive. SPARQ also stands for real goals and measured athletic improvement: the SPARQ Rating* lets athlete’s quantify their progress and athletic abilities, and serves as a national standard. Each Sparq rating is sport specific, and geared to the abilities athletes need to dominate.

We plan on hosting a comprehensive Sparq testing session in conjunction with Nike in the fall. This open house will include the Nike Tour Bus and information on the new standard in athlete testing.
